Quality frame with some nice features, I never confirmed who the builder was, but the photo of the serial number has some identifiers someone might recognise. Ron Spencer bought in there frames to my knowledge and they lost all their records.

He built some frames on his own in the early days (70's) & he also had a strong connection to Soens (Eddie) whose frames he rode in his TT career...your frame has some similarities to a Soens build...chamfered seatstays into the seat tube/nicely finished thinned pointed lugs/chroming etc

Colnagokid good call, bit of research on Google and classiclightweights it is maybe Soens, closest match so far, and there is a connection between Ron Spencer and Soens- thx

OLD 126 mm

& could I suggest this might actually be a Harry Quinn...take a close look at the frame number prefix on the BB...Harry used this style by stamping a 1 onto a 0 to form a stylised Q....

Colnagokid thx for your input, again probably correct about Quinn as Soens numbering appears to be three digits only.
Regarding price I reduced from 95 to 75, apologies if not clear, I can post usually do it at cost but prefer collected.
