Rockhopper - What Year?

Hi Retro Bike Community.

I just bought a Specialized Rockhopper frame of ebay (for about 50$). Does anyone have an idea which year this model is from?

I'm guessing about '96. Is the derailleur hangar replaceable?

Nope, it's not.

it has the spaghetti style brake cable guide for cantilever brakes. v brakes were 95/96? so I'd say fractionally earlier
