I’d say when it was made it was aimed at the slightly taller rider.

But then again, it depends on your standover height. I’m just under 5’ 10” (shortish legs) and I reckon it’d fit me. Though I prefer slightly larger frames - and I can get away with it if they have a sloping top tube.

Look at top tube in relation to the rear wheel to give you an idea of the standover height. Top tube-wise it also depends on your reach and arm length, but you could always have a shorter/more upright stem

So the answer is - maybe
