On the 27th of March myself and three friends will set off from Aberdeen and cycle back to the London office where we work. We will arrive in London on the 2nd of April, having cycled approximately 600 miles.

We are raising money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and Save the Children (STC). More information on these great charities can be found on our Just Giving pages. If you would like to donate please use the following link:

https://www.justgiving.com/RNLIOffice2Office/ to see both pages / charities.

We also have a Twitter feed so you can receive updates on our progress. https://twitter.com/O2O_ride

I am undecided on which bike to ride, the others are on road bikes, though my old Evans would be just the job for touring. :D We're riding unsupported so some load carrying capacity is required. I did have a trial run with panniers on both my road bike and the Evans today; the Evans feels pretty much the same laden or un-laden! It must be the 80s ATB geometry, love it.

Thank you.

Re:

Nice coffee shop/bunkhouse in Rothbury.

That's going to be quite some ride and I'm sure locals on here will be able to help in hours of need as you pass by.
