Ribble any info?

Bought this just under 2 years ago. Don't know too much about it in terms of age. Belonged to an older club rider and was their last one before getting a more relaxed bike so was not thrashed. They had it setup like Lance with the chainrings operated from the downtube. That's the only thing I had to touch as bike is more or less immaculate otherwise. I very much like the aesthetic and feel of the Tricolour groupset. Any Ribble enthusiasts who can tell me anything more about it?

Nice Ribble. The 600 shifters were made from 1992–1997, so I'd guess this bike is from 92-95. I don't know what Ribble are like in terms of frame numbers, but it's not probably not too hard to track the exact year down using that, if you wanted to.

The 600 and 105 groupsets from this era are both really nice in my opinion. Looks like a lovely ride.

Thanks for the information, I was thinking mid 90s. It is a nice bike to ride. Did the Ride London 100 on it in May and it just purred along. It is currently in the 'one bike too many ' category unfortunately so is available to anyone interested. Details can be found in the Road Bikes for Sale forum.
