Replacing steerers in forks, specifically a Maverick SC32

I've got another post asking about steerer extenders as a possible solution to this, but the more proper solution to my short steerer problem would be to have the steerer tube replaced.
Does anybody know:
If this is possible on a maverick SC32 fork?
If yes, where can I buy the necessary uncut steerer?
Who can press the old steerer out, and press the new one in properly and safely?

I also have the same problem with a set of 2002 Marzocchi z1 dropoff, so if anyone knows the answers in reference to that fork, I'd be happy to hear them too, but my primary requirement is to make the SC32 work.

Re:

I've used them for servicing, great service and price at the time, often do offers.

I've had steerers pressed out and replaced by others, was lucky enough to find a member on here who also machined the steerer tube, including integrated star nut. It can be done, maybe look for a local engineering company.
