I saw this and had a think. Bit wary of buying something that someone who strips and flips a lot of bikes hasn’t been able to remove the stem from though.

But if its strip and flip, and you want to save the stem, it's a labour of love with penetrating oil etc. Given the time and the value difference when it is free is minimal, I can see why they haven't bothered

I'd be more wary of how terminal the chainstay rust is. Looks quite heavy?
