Rear mudguard recommendation (MTB, 26", rim brakes)

Probably been asked to death, but anybody got any recommendations for a rear mudguard for a mtb?

Ideally one that fixes to the seat stays with zip ties such as the "mudhugger" brand, however they don't seem to do one for rim brakes?

Example:

Open to all options though, other than the bluemels type which I use on road-y type stuff.

When I was looking, I got the feeling that seat-stay fixing and rim brakes are mutually exclusive. I bought an old Crud 'Race' guard for the rim brake bike and a Mucky Nutz Mugguard for the disc-equipped bike.
