Fantastic restoration job, did you rechrome the forks etc or did they polish up?

Lovely to see a different kind of bike with RBotM. It was getting a little dull.

Hi, no re chroming, it was nickel plated which is better as it' a dull shine and the cleaned bits aren't too far off it, so just toke the paint off with a cheap paint stripper, not too strong, and cleaned and polished. ThanKs Terry

Hi, the Front brake was changed, that brake on there was a replacement I'm assuming for a Bowden Tourist which is the brake on the back wheel, and it wouldn't stop anything, so I managed to procure a Gloria steel tour de france type brake which looks okay and works. Terry
 
A worthy win Oldtel, although a little old for my taste a great looking bike and I love the amount of work that went in to it.
