Wanted quill stem 1 1/8

I'm after a cheap 0' rise (or close) black (or grey) quill stem 100mm+ 1 1/8 - also needs to be open fronted or reasonably narrow clamp to fit bendy bars through...

Got a couple of T-Bones but not sure if the clamp will work for you? I've got Scott AT-$4's through them before!
