The cam and barrel nut look "Bici". Being that they did copies of Ringlé Cam Twists, these look like a copy of the Ringlé Road skewers.
MRC looks to have been stamped in afterwards?

The nut. Yes, the cam side looks like a copy of Ringle Road. The nut for some reason has a hex nut.
