Sadly these are not Icarus or O.R. due to lack of grease/oil port. The rubber quick release lever suggests Centaur as this was the only model that had them. In fact, the rear hub looks like a generic Campagnolo tandem hub as it has the slightly larger flange. So, a bit of a parts-box mish mash.
