Years ago, I wanted a Kona. In 2015, I purchased 1998 Kona Kilauea and decided to build it up with full XT 780 T transmission and pedals, richey cockpit, ritchy headset, riychey seat post, flite saddle, rigid carbon fork, Mavic xm819 Rims, dt 240s swiss hubs and conti Mountain King
The kona geometry allow the bike to get fast on trails, the comfort and the manoeuvrability of this bike are truely exceptionnal. The bike weight is very reasonable 10.5kilos for its large size
