Wanted MTB Singlespeed Frame(set)

Hi!

There is something missing in my stable: a proper singlespeed mtb and I'd love to find some decent base to built it.

Whats in my mind:
- steel or ti
- track dropouts (no ebb, no sliders, just plain track)
- 135mm rear spacing

Size and geo: more traditional 69/70° HTA, and a not overly steep STA, like 74 max.; TT ~60cm
