It is a 1994 model year Koga Miyata SkyExpension. Frame is pretty much identical to the 93MY KM RDG-S or the Miyata Elev12K from this thread, but the headtube is shorter. My 95MY KM SkyExpension has the same front triangle as the MY94 one, but is different in that it has an aluminium tail, redesigned swing link and raised BB pivot. 1995 was the last year.
