Marin 1994/5 Headtube Badge

Hello fellow old-timers, I’m refreshing my original MTB - a 1994 Marin Bobcat Trail recovered from the back of a garage. Most of the parts / components are straightforward as I’m refreshing not restoring (I can remember most of the ‘adventures‘ that led to the replacement crankset, front wheel, saddle and the numerous scratches and dings…) but it’s missing the classic bear/star head tube badge. Any ideas where I can find one of these…?

My one definitely had the coloured metal badge - I guess it must be the 1995 MY Sadly, life in storage has seen it disappear

I think that's right - likewise coloured forks are a 95 thing IIRC. 1994 was silver/grey paint.

Nice one, many thanks. That's the design but not the material, which was a debossed/imprinted light gauge metal from (distant) memory, but it's a good start...

Hold your nerve, one will come up.

Perhaps pick up a 95 san rafael for £20. Ive done that before, nobody wants 'em.
