I've haven't seen the Liyang carbon road frame before (though I don't really do retro road bikes) but the MTB version called the Pro Carbon or Pro Carbon II turns up surprisingly often. There are a few threads on here from people who have come across them, I had one maybe 10-15 years or so ago. They're interesting things, though the MTB frames don't seem to fetch much, I think my frame sold for about £40-50.
