Kona Titanium Forks - or a substitute?

Hello

I was wondering if there are any suitable titanium substitutes around to replace my standard steel Project Two forks?, I want to kit my Kona Hei Hei out, to match the forks to the same frame material. And are titanium forks 'a good idea' in terms of handling, is there a good reason for why they don't seem to be so readily available?

Thoughts please, and thanks to anyone that can comment.
