Hope Ti Hubs + Mavic SUP Single Speed Wheelset

Been a while since I posted on here.
Young family and work have limited my forum time a lot!

I'm selling off a few retro bits on ebay, so thought I'd post a link.

These Ti Hope wheels are lovely, and come built up on Mavic 517 SUP rims and with a set of Charge skinwall tyres.

The rear hub is interesting in that it has a wider body than the 7 speed screw-on hub and was obviously made specifically for a SS screw-on freewheel.
Never seen another one - as Rod says below it is a rare beast.

Never seen another one, so might be a one-off, or factory special?

Nice wheels, the single speed hub is rare but by no means a one-off, I've had two or three over the years.

What's the age on these do you think? I assume about 91/92 as that's when the Ti Glide came out. But single speeding was a pretty niche pursuit, especially then! I can't imagine they sold many of these.
