Think this is a Planet X "Holdsworth" frameset available up until a couple of years ago. They may still have some content on their website? I seem to recall it was a sturdyish steel light tourer type thing.

Good fast tourers or winter Audax bikes. Similar to the Planet X Kaffenback from a few years ago and i believe welded in the same factory in Taiwan (where they also make Madison steel frames).
