With the little knowledge and research I've done, it's a very good brand and linked to dave hinde from hinde racing, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to give a back story and confirm/deny what I've put

Dave Hinde and his bike ship have been in Northwich for years. He doesn't build anymore as he couldn't hold the market. He specs the ali frames and imports them, last I heard they were Merida frames but I'm sure he goes to other frame shops too.

His road frames are good and his wheel building is still exceptional.

He's also a grumpy old man. Not an insult.
