gt rts stuck seatpost

I'll normally hose down with PB Blaster then put the seatpost in a vise and use the frame as leverage to twist it out of the frame.

Less guaranteed options with an aluminium frame which I think yours might be. Anyway remove the saddle and clamp and then spray the bottom of the post with penetrating oil or diesel. Give the top of the post a couple of sharp whacks with a lump hammer and then using an adjustable spanner or pipe wrench (whatever fits) attempt to turn the post left and right whilst applying penetrating oil. If good it will start to free up. Then you can start to tap the post upwards toward freedom using the lump hammer. This worked for me earlier this week on a steel frame with a stuck alloy post. Good luck!
