Framebuilders who work with aluminium

Can anyone recommend a framebuilder who will work with aluminium?
I want to have some cable guides and v-brake bosses removed from a frame, and don't quite trust myself with the grinder & files.

Ideally someone based in Surrey/South East, but I'll courier if it's a bit further afield.
