Picked this up and I’d love to know what it is if anyone can help? (Full disclosure: I’m selling it!)

What I know:

Nervex lugs
Track/path dropouts with eyelets
Built for a 27” wheel
British threads
Neat twin plate fork crown
Stamped ‘6101’ on lhs dropout and fork steeerer
The stay caps look interesting, I can’t place them though
No signs of a head badge fixing
Grease nipple in BB

Any help much appreciated.
