Sold as spare/repair or for key rings, or for perhaps a wall-hanger.
Both have cracks between the drillium bits… the silver in 4 places and has separated somewhat too, whereas the turquoise has only 3 cracks, and these are quite tight.
Both 31.8mm as best as I can measure.
Turquoise has the bolt, washer and the lever, so presumably with a nutted end could be adapted as a QR. Hence £28 posted.
Silver really is just an ornament. £10 posted if any use.
