Sorted Cannondale Headshok headset

As title please, Ive got reducers fitted to my frame and want to go to standard

I happen to have a 2002 Jekyll frame with a crack in it hanging in the garage. It has the original headtube inserts in it. Are they what you need? Not sure about removing them as I don't have the tool for that but PM me if you think it might be do-able.

You don't happen to have the spring steel shims for the Headshok damper (they look like washers with slots in them) do you? I need one to restore a pair of 2002 Ultra forks properly.

I dont sorry. I've just bought a frame thats had rigid fork fitted to it with reducers and want to stick it all back how it should be. I'm not 100% sure what i actually need to be honest, I might have to strip my F700 down to see whats in there!

Ive just bought a new headset off Revel Outdoor for 30 quid, I assumed they would be mega money but pleasantly surprised now!
