Badging up an unknown frame, etiquette

My Wife before we got married had a tatty old Carlton given to her by a cousin which she called Charlie. I repainted it and put the name Charlie on it

My averagelance gravel bike is badged as a g&t.

G&T Average Lance (2008ish) gravel 🤢 bike.

It's not a gravel bike, its a "non travel enduro drop bar cross 700c 1 by bike" which is a very niche market right now but I promise is the next big thing. Started as a karma fram from @dablk from this here board. It had been molested before he gotnhisbmitts on it and was a purple ish frame...

Here are some.

I have a very nice unknown frame that I'll never identify. 531 professional, 531 butted chrome forks added later with the frame number etched by hand. Long spearpoint heart cut out Prugnat lugs. Seat collar is threaded. Campagnolo drop outs f&r.
Mid 80s.
I'd like it decaled up.
I guess a shop that never actually built frames is okay?

They are. So far I've only found one other builder that uses that indent. And that's Bill Whitcomb, not to be confused with Witcomb
