Are these Cook Bros cranks?

They look quite like Cook Bros, but they're fluted down the sides, not on the back. I've had them for absolutely ages, they came on an old Marin Team Titanium I bought that had had lots of stuff upgraded on it. They're beautiful, but the non-drive side crank cracked so I removed them.

I'm debating putting them on evilBay with a load of other random stuff I want to clear out but don't really know what to charge for. If anyone can identify them I'd appreciate it!

No Topline/Grafton. I forget how to tell the difference now as Topline made these cranks for Grafton as well but I think those are Topline SL's.

Ace, thank you @gtturbo - it's given me some info to investigate. From a bit of searching, it looks like the Grafton Speed Sticks had a more rounded back behind the pedal threads, whereas the Toplines have that flattened shape.

Graftons also look like they have a bolt-on spider, whereas the Toplines have a riveted-on spider, which in my view looks nicer but I'm guessing means the spider is not replaceable.
