Thanks man, it’s 18” C-T. I’d be interested to see how those cups turn out. If they end up being decent quality, I’m sure you’d have no end of takers!
 
That's a XLM. Merlin made a few XLM before 1997 and named then Extralight as the road bike.

How do you know it's 1995 and not 1996?

Can you share the Serial Number?
