Oh look they are on a Cannondale Bad Boy frame med
And it has a headset and stem.
Oh drat the rear chainstay has a dent in it
That’s why it’s free
Something big fell on it in the workshop ... grrrr
But I have ridden hundreds of miles on it and it’s completely stable
But that why it’s free
And the cable and hose are in the frame since it’s a pain in the arse to get them through
