2016 Kinesis Tripster MK1

Just noticed that this sub forum was here so thought I'd post my Kinesis Tripster Ti.

I've had a it a few years now and its taken me on some good adventures , including the Hebridean Cycleway and the classic Whitehaven to Tynemouth C2C

its evolved a bit over time and is now running a ultegra Di2 even though the frame isn't built for it - there's a single cable running under the downtube to an external junction and battery is hidden in the head tube. A Pro Tharsis Di2 stem and mountain bike head unit made it all pretty straight forward.

That's a capable looking ride. I'm all for the understated look of Ti frame and black parts and finishing kit. Good choice on the skin wall tires, too. I was just thinking it has to be kinda creepy riding through a firing range even when you know nothing's going on (shivers). Thanks for posting!

Looks like a lovely bike. Nice snapshots of your adventures too. Island hopping is so much fun!
