This is a piece of history! 1994 Raleigh Torus Ti 16.5" frame. Special serial number means it was custom hand-built specially for the Raleigh team in 1994. There's a good chance it was ridden and owned by the legendary John Tomac! I made numerous calls and emails a few years back with all sorts of Raleigh folks and this is what they concluded.

Frame: Full titanium Raleigh Torus Ti 16.5" (medium)
Fork: Fox 26" Float RLC (just refreshed with new gold oil/seals)
Wheels: Handbuilt!
Front: Silver Chris King ISO hub laced to Stans Crest Rim
Rear: Silver Chris King ISO bolt-on Single speed hub laced to ZTR 355 rim
Tires: Tubeless Bontrager XR4/XR3 in near-new condition
Brakes:
Front: Shimano XT 4 piston DH caliper to XT lever
Rear: Shimano XTR V-brake. These are the best there are, and far better than many current disc options...looking at you Avid...
Handlebars: Easton EC90 flat bar
Stem: Bontrager RL (included silver Thomson stem)
Grips: Sensus Lock-on
Headset: Cane Creek 110 series silver
Cranks: White Industries singlespeed specific
Bottom Bracket: Phil Wood square taper
