Large (22") Trek 8900 PRO frame, 1991.
Composite tubing (front triangle), US made.
Pics will give you a quite good idea of the condition of the frame. Main issues are chainsuck damage and paint is prone to cracking near the bottom bracket. Otherwise it is quite good.
Top tube c2c = 23"

100eur + shipping (should be 25eur for UK/EU) - SOLD

Paypal (gift or add fees) or bank transfer.

Re:

Always loved these pre Klien Treks

They hark back to an era before they took on Klein and stopped being such an innovating company and went more main stream.

I used to look at these in Magazines when new and marvel at the carbon fibre and high end components, and with a heavy heart look at the beater I was riding.

soo cool but just a tad to big (perhaps)

Re:

Hmmmmm,

22" centre to top of seat tube?
1" or 1 1/8" steerer? And what is the length of the headtube please?

Mike

Re: 1991 Trek 8900 PRO Composite frame (22")

Dodgy memory coming in, I had one in 91 and mine was fitted with the "big" fork and I seem to recollect 1 1/8 ?

1"1/8
I think 22" is c2c
