truing stand

Hi all, I'm interested in buying a PARK TOOL TS-2.3 or even a 2.2 i know there are few on ebay, and i understand they hold there value, but all are out of my budget currently. If anyone has one and wants to do a quick sale. Pls let me know. Thanks,
