Yep.
Although where the chain contacts the teeth, it can be hard to strip the existing anodising in these areas, so you might end up with an overly stripped chainring which will change the dimensions, probably won’t matter on a chainring though.
The first bike Madison made was called a Ridgeback. The next year they changed the make to be Ridgeback rather than the model.
This one is early, but isn’t a Madison Ridgeback.
