Here is my 1990 Tommasini Super Prestige,which i have owned for nearly 20 years. Full Campagnolo throughout a mix of C-Record, Chorus and Athena.

Was everybodys opinion on using pantographed bit is a bit ott or do they complement a build. I have a panto seat pin which is not fitted and i have seen a stem to match. The bike in question is my Tommasini, Will add pics of panto bits when photo buck stops playing up.

Can anyone tell me if it possible to use a Campag 8 speed cassete on a 9/10 speed hub. I am going to buy some new wheels and fancy some new Campagnolo Scirocco wheels they come built on campag 9 speed hubs. At the moment i am using 8 speed record thriugh out with ergo levers.

I am just about to rebuild my 1990 Tommasini Super Prestige. I have been collecting various cda and record bits and some pantographed bits.After cleaning them all up i noticed it was quite easy to polish them up to a mirror finish. So should i polish al the bits or leave them standard?.

Is it possible to convert a triple ergo lever to a double. I have just bought some old 8 speed levers only to find the front mech lever is triple not double. Thanks for any help

Pre 94 spare parts, as i have just been out on my Tommasini and managed some how to snap the rear mech tensioner (i think that is what it is called).The part is the one that fits in between the rear gear hanger on the frame and the rear mech it is a 90 spec Athena mech.

What do people think of these to go on my 1990 Tommasini Super Prestige,i already have a matching record seat post but not fitted it yet. they will be going on this when its put back together
