how do you findthe tyres in the mud? I've got an AMS with them on and found em very slippy this week. Is it the tyres or the conditions atm?

Funnily enough, i have a cube AMS (PRO) and my mate has a ghost (£2300 jobby) both are brill bikes and we'd recomend them to anyone. We bth agree the cube acelerates and climbs better, where as the ghost is a plusher ride.

my best mate did it to both of my bikes when they had both had brand new hopes fitted and scratched the feck out of em. But then I've watched him do itto all of his, and they are usually bikes around the 3 grand mark. I don't care anymore tbh, but I might with my brand newie when it turns up...

have a look at these pictures. The 1st is a xc hub. If you look at the non brake rotor side their is a metal spacer that covers the bearing (it's hard to see being black on black) and has a load of little cuts in it. (sorry for the big link I don't know how to shorten em)...

i've got a team xtc and I love it, it's light and really flies. They seem to accelerate really well.
