Last month I found my second Peugeot - in my village..!! --- a PE10N in 54cm [ luckily ] and built Dec 1987 a bit more surface rust than i would have liked over the frame but cheap enough to ''go for it'' - especially as bikes rarely come available locally in SW Scotland and biggs682...

have acquired an older Peugeot with OLN distance of 120mm need wheels - lots of new ones available with OLN of 130mm so built a spreader - out to 140mm - gulp.! removed 24hours later OLD returned to 121mm....................... :facepalm: . how please..?

i have 28'' x 1-5/8 700C ''RIGIDA'' steel chrome wheels on my Peugeot straight side-walls......rear OLN = 120mm with Continental ULTRA Sport 700x23C [.....maybe 23C might be too narrow according to Sheldon's chart and the fact it's difficult to get them seated up on the rim shoulder]...

as above i'm looking to replace the black plastic levers on my Simplex DT friction shifters with metal levers have difficulty finding them as a separate item, but plenty of Campag levers [other than paying £35 for a set of Simplex Retroshifters - which maybe the better choice.!.] anyway...
