1" threaded fork with long steerer (9 3/4")

Need rigid fork with very long 1" threaded steerer: 9 3/4" This is to restore my friend's 1986 Stumpjumper back to it's original rigid glory. ~385 mm axle to crown, for 26" wheels w/canti posts, obviously. US west coast, but would consider shipping from UK/continental Europe.

Recommend a lockout fork for me

Looks as if I'm keeping my late '90's Ibis Mojo steel frame, and I will build it up. My concept is to have a light-duty hardtail that I would run on trails, but also would be happy with long stretches on the road to and from trails, with the fork locked out. I would probably run some 1.5-1.7"...

Proper seatpost diameter for 2001 Schwinn Rocket 88?

Bought the bike used, had non-original seatpost, really tight fit. It's 27.2. Is this right?

    1998 (?) steel Ibis Mojo frame 18.5"

I'm selling it on EBay US. I would consider shipping to the UK for someone on RetroBike. http://www.ebay.com/itm/170915289565?ss ... 1558.l2649

Where was the 2001 Schwinn Rocket 88 built?

I bought one of these used recently, a stage 1 model. These frames were made in the US, but I don't know where. I believe the hardtail Homegrowns were built by Yeti, but I'm not sure about the full-suspension Rocket 88. 2001 was the last year of the "real" Schwinns, I believe. Does anybody...

WTB or trade (US): 1 1/8" quill stem, 90-100 mm, 25.4

WTB or trade (US): 1 1/8" quill stem, 90-100 mm, 25.4 Got a 1993 Kona recently, it's really a bit big for me but if I can swap the 150 mm stem for a 90-100 mm I should be ok. Looking to buy an alloy quill stem to fit the 1 1/8" headset and 25.4 mm bars, ideally with an integral cable...

    Kona Kilauea--1993?

I just picked up this Kona and I'm trying to figure out what I have. The serial number on the bottom bracket starts with F204. The previous owner purchased the bike new and according to his description the bike should be stock--he was not a bike person. But the components don't match any...

1987 Jamis Dakar Sport full Deore MT60 (CL San Diego, CA)

I have a 1987 Jamis Dakar Sport in very good riding condition posted on San Diego Craigslist. I would consider parting it out if you make it worth my while, but would prefer to sell the bike intact to a local Southern California (USA) buyer. PM me here or respond to the ad if you have any...
