Yeah it really does. I have a tourer I use as a shopping bike, there's no substitute for a good sturdy rack :-)

My neighbour passed away lately, selling for his widow. He was a ski instructor but one summer they did some training event for the Army and he was given this bike. We think it's late 80s. Very original and in almost perfect condition. Based in Aviemore but could meet you within 50 miles or so...
