Bump. Its fitted with an italian thread BB and a 26.2 seatpost if that narrows down anything at all.

As far as I know, there are no frame builders in Ireland starting with H. There is only a handful to start with. The seller was under the impression that it was German. Although I've no reason other then that to suggest that.

Looking for a 126mm 36-40h rear hub. Something that would be suitable for touring, but I'm not that picky.
