Probably one of the following:
* The old way, classic zoom-burst: slow shutter speed, zooming while shutter open, combined with flash, looks like two flash heads used off camera.
* The modern way, good well exposed multi-head flash shot, and a bit of photo-shop zoom burst.
If it was the old way, top marks. If the modern way, still high marks 'cos its been done really well.
