While i remember. Its the economy service on (UPS) on interparcel,
costs £8.99 inc vat and paypal payment. Its next day too. I sent a raleigh rsw on weds, the guy had it in the midlands on thursday this week.
Obviously you can add boxing it to that, but thats pretty cheap imo

Use www.senditnow.com (which is Parcelforce) and they have an option for the driver to bring the labels, so all the other person has to do is pack it up for you
