Brake cable lengths are 44cm,34cm,32cm, 31cm, 24cm, 17cm, 16cm, 13cm - plenty enough for any of my bikes.

And there are more than 2 bikes worth of very long gear cables.

They would need to be modified (cut) to fit so probably not ideal. I may have some use M900 rubbers in my spares though - will have a look tomorrow.
