MacRetro Trading Post

I got a nice Z3 to put on my torus, means i can lose the marin rigids.

So ive a nice set of alloy rigid forks that been added to my sale thread
Price can be discounted for the mcretro
Do them for £35+post
They cost me just under £60

232mm 1 1/8" [380mm A-C], disc/V mounts.
Mudguard and rack mounts

PS
Also now selling my twin rotor disc hub :(
The Z3 long travel twin mounts was more damaged than i thought and are only fit for the bin[unless someone thinks they can use the bits]

Nothing but postage on these.I got that Z3 light from carlos for the cost of postage
I can hardly charge for these ;)
Heres what happened-
Got the twin hub as you know, and bought a pair of the right/left specific calipers.
Put it all together and found the second right side rotor wouldnt fit between the pads
Upon inspection,it appears the fork is twisted. When you looked down the length of the fork you could see one of the brake pivots[left side] was sitting 2mm higher than the other and pointing VERY slightly out
I thought this was just the brace and replacing that would sort things out
It didnt
Well it did to some respect but pivot was still sitting wrongly and although both rotors fitted inbetween the pads they wouldnt turn

This could mean the crown was also twisted or the problem lies with the left leg lower or stanchion :?
The crown was always promised to Coomber to replace a cracked crown he had[he's a happy bunny]
The rest, basically just the legs/stanchions and internals/top caps, are surplus to requirements

As its replacement was a karma gift i couldnt sell any part of my leftovers,i dont think that would be fair :?
And there we have the sorry tale
Twin rotor fork wont be happening[and to be honest thank god for it  ]

[Not like ive taken a chance on an ebay item ;)]
[yes thats a dig ;) ]
