Some good news (well from my point of view) - now that our lad's swimming lesson is at 1.30pm I have negotiated an alternating Saturday early morning ride 
Any of you up for it? Probably the usual places in terms of location. We could have a nice coffee and pastie from the shop afterwards

Well, I have to be back home for 11.45 at the latest and Ticknall (for example) is about 20 minutes away from me, so working backwards, that means finishing at around 11.30ish, and if we want a 2 hour ride and time for a coffee that means about 9am start. But I can be there for 7.30 if need be
