Oh the irony. Retrobike's 2nd most prolific poster thinks reading a book is more worthwhile than actually riding a bike.

Oh well. You can't please everyone.
 
Not at night. I hate night cycling. only do it if i have to eg to get home.

dark enough for lights. not that you see many cyclists with lights on.

Jump on the bike at 8pm and practise track standing in the hallway for a few minutes. Or put the bike on a mag trainer and do some intervals while you read ;)
 
I can use my retro lights - some anodised blue Cygolite SSB-30s circa 1995 with one of the heaviest 12v gel-cell battery packs in existence.
 
Right looking more and more like I will be London based for this. So who is up for a Retrobike London photo with Big ben in the back ground as it strikes 8?
