This is a real long shot request ... I'm after a clamp that bolts on the seat tube to then take a front mech that's designed for a braze on bracket.
The real issue is that the tube is only about 25mm and is vertical - the bike is a Flying Gate ... the angle of a standard clamp, with a shim for the tube size, doesn't allow the mech to work properly (it's supposed to fit to a 70ish degree sloping tube)
