Just returned from a 75 mile very hilly road ride (including Gospel Pass for those that know the Welsh border areas) and thought I'd post a few photos. All good training for SSMM.

I've got the makings of a great tan, my legs are numb and I can now eat BBQ and drink beer with a clear conscience - bliss!

Surly crosscheck with Askium's and mudguards... Cool daily rider!

Lucky you. I am stuck aboard ship right now... bet it rains once I get home on leave!

Actually my daily ride is another Crosscheck set up as a singlespeed with mudgaurds and very sturdy wheels based on Salsa Delgado rims.

Great versatile frames but not the lightest (but then nor am I).
