ach bollox if its full retro I'll get the Wicked geared up, gonna be easier than finishin the Sals.

ZZ is this the new Spesh? and G I thought the Orange was goin?

it was but you know how I love ss nice and reliable and if I can do inners then this should be ok, mind you big ring action might be useful on the fire roads? - thinking of 100mm forks for the on-one frame- it will still be ok for the extra 20mm ?

Nah, not the 'Hopper, can't see it being done by then. Just the white Hardrock, but with it's spiffy new carbon fork.

Whatever I actually bring on the day it will be retro, rigid, canti braked and thumb shifted.

Glad to see Big Eck has signed up for this, gives me someone to talk to when you xc whippets have long left me in the dust/mud.

Someone should encourage Perry to join us. Our midlands comrade is always posting on our threads and I'm sure if he could get to the land of Dr S from Grantham, he'd be shifted the rest of the way.
